Who is responsible
Estate Relay is developed and published by Dayton Thorpe under the Good Little Apps brand. This policy explains the app’s data behavior and the limited information processed if you voluntarily send a developer, privacy, or legal notice.
Summary
- No Estate Relay account or login.
- No developer-operated server or automatic app cloud sync.
- No advertising, attribution, analytics, session replay, or tracking.
- No sale or rental of personal information.
- Operational records are stored in the app’s local container.
- Optional App Lock uses iOS authentication without giving Estate Relay biometric data.
- PDF and JSON files leave the app only after you choose an export and destination.
- Apple processes the App Store purchase independently.
Records stored on your device
Depending on what you enter, local records may include property names and general location labels; arrival and departure dates; task titles, zones, due dates, state, criticality, assignee labels, notes, completion times, and optional task photos; property-manual entries; service-contact names, roles, telephone numbers, and notes; and app preferences.
Estate Relay does not transmit these records to Dayton Thorpe or Good Little Apps. They remain inside the app’s local storage until you edit or delete them, remove the app, restore a backup that replaces them, or export a copy.
Optional task photos are chosen through Apple’s system photo picker. Estate Relay stores a resized local copy; it does not scan the photo library or upload the selected image.
Do not enter passwords, alarm codes, gate or door codes, safe combinations, payment details, government identifiers, or other credentials. Use an appropriate credential manager for secrets.
PDF exports and JSON backups
Estate Relay creates PDF playbooks and versioned JSON backups locally. A file leaves the app only when you invoke an export and select a destination through an Apple system interface. Estate Relay does not receive the file, record its destination, or retain a developer copy.
After export, the chosen destination’s privacy and retention practices apply. A JSON backup can contain a broad copy of your Estate Relay records and should be protected accordingly. Deleting records in the app does not delete copies that you exported elsewhere.
Apple services and device backups
Apple operates the App Store, processes the paid download, supplies receipts and purchase history, and may process diagnostics or commerce information under Apple’s own policies. Estate Relay does not receive your payment-card details.
Depending on your Apple settings, device backups may include Estate Relay’s local app data. Backup encryption, retention, restoration, and deletion are controlled by Apple and by your device settings, not by Estate Relay. Consult Apple’s documentation for the settings applicable to your account and device.
Optional App Lock
If you enable App Lock, Estate Relay asks Apple’s LocalAuthentication system to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. Biometric enrollment, templates, and matching remain under iOS control. Estate Relay receives only an authentication result and does not receive, store, or transmit biometric data.
This website
These static pages contain no app-authored analytics, advertising, account system, tracking pixel, or contact form. They do not set an Estate Relay cookie. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may process ordinary request and security information, such as an IP address and browser details, under the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Voluntary developer, privacy, and legal notices
If you email goodlittleapps.support@gmail.com, the email service and developer receive the address, message, headers, and attachments you choose to send. Use this contact only for a defect report, product feedback, or a privacy or legal notice. Do not send property records, addresses, schedules, access details, contact rosters, PDF exports, or JSON backups.
Correspondence may be kept while reasonably needed to understand the notice, address a defect, protect the app or legal rights, meet legal obligations, and maintain an appropriate record. You may ask that voluntary correspondence be deleted, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping needs.
This email is a Developer & privacy contact, not a concierge, onboarding, migration, account-management, phone/chat, or individual-assistance service. Sending a message does not create a service relationship, response-time commitment, or guaranteed individual reply. Privacy and legal notices are handled according to applicable obligations.
App Store privacy disclosure
For Estate Relay 1.0, the intended App Store privacy answer is Data Not Collected. That answer concerns data collected by the developer or integrated partners through the app. It does not mean Apple, an export destination, an email provider, or GitHub collects nothing while providing its separate service.
Your choices and deletion
- Edit or delete individual records using their in-app controls.
- Use the confirmed delete-all action in Settings to remove the app’s current local records.
- Delete the app to remove its local container from the device, subject to device backups.
- Delete exported PDF and JSON copies from every destination where you placed them.
- Review and change Apple device-backup settings through Apple’s controls.
- Choose not to send any email or feedback.
Security
Keeping records on-device limits their exposure, but no device, app, export, or storage destination can be guaranteed secure. Use a strong device passcode, keep iOS current, restrict physical access, store backups in a protected destination, and review every export before sharing it. Estate Relay cannot recover a lost device, forgotten device credential, deleted record, or missing export.
Children
Estate Relay is a general utility for property operations and is not directed to children. The app has no account, advertising, or analytics system and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
International use
Local app records remain on the device or in destinations you choose. If you voluntarily email the United States-based developer, correspondence may be processed in the United States by the email provider and developer.
Changes to this policy
If a future version materially changes data practices, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released. The effective date at the top identifies the current policy.
