We do not collect your data. Any of it.

The short version

Fertility Forecaster has no account, no login, no server, and no analytics. It makes no network requests of any kind. Every answer you enter — your age, your cycles, your health, anything about your partner — is written to this app's own private storage on your iPhone and never leaves the device.

We cannot see your data because it is never sent to us. There is no database on our side for it to be sent to.

Information we collect

None. Specifically, Fertility Forecaster does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or process:

• your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact detail;
• your age, cycle history, body measurements, medical answers, or partner information;
• your device identifiers, advertising identifier, or IP address;
• crash reports, diagnostics, usage events, or session recordings;
• location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, motion, or Health data — the app never requests access to any of these.

The app's App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and that is a literal description of the binary.

Tracking and advertising

There is none. Fertility Forecaster contains no advertising, no attribution, no analytics SDK, and no third-party framework of any kind. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it will never ask for permission to do so.

Sensitive health information

Fertility and reproductive information is among the most sensitive data a person has. That is precisely why this app has no network stack. Your answers are not merely encrypted in transit or stored under an account — they are never transmitted at all. The app cannot leak what it never sends.

Fertility Forecaster does not read from or write to Apple Health, and does not integrate with any cycle-tracking service.

Where your answers live

Your answers are stored in the app's own container on your device, protected by iOS app sandboxing and by your device passcode and encryption. If you have iCloud device backup enabled, that container may be included in your own encrypted Apple backup, under your Apple Account and Apple's terms — not ours. We have no access to it.

Your choices

Because we hold nothing about you, the usual data rights have no data to act on. There is no account to close, no record to request, and nothing for us to delete on your behalf. You remain in full control:

• Clear your answers — open Details and tap Reset. Your age stays; everything else returns to unanswered.
• Delete everything — delete the app. Its storage is removed with it.

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights — the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, or similar — you may still contact us to confirm that we hold no personal information about you, and we will confirm it in writing.

Children

Fertility Forecaster is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — or, as above, from anyone.

This app is not medical advice

Fertility Forecaster produces population-level statistical estimates from published research. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical device, and not a prediction about you specifically. It cannot see anything a clinician would find on examination or testing. Please talk to a doctor about your own situation, particularly if you have been trying to conceive for a while.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever collects anything, this policy will be updated before that version ships, the App Store privacy label will be changed to match, and the change will be described plainly here rather than buried. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
